The policies that govern your use of the Leicester ACS website and protect the rights of our community and partners.

The Leicester African Caribbean Society ("we", "us", "the Society") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website and how we use it.

We collect the information you provide when creating an account — your name, email address, and university affiliation — as well as content you submit to the community discussion board and messages you send to our AI assistant, Daniella.

We use your data to provide your account, display your posts to other members, operate the chat assistant, and send essential communications about the Society. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time from the Settings page or by contacting us. UK and EU users have rights under the GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
